Digital Goa, February 15- A complaint has been registered against two men from Salcete for allegedly duping 18 people of Rs 31 lakh in the name of providing them jobs in various departments of the Goa government. The accused have been identified as Jose DeCosta and Johnsy Dias. Agakam police is investigating the matter.
